1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Aivio ("we", "us", or "our") issues refunds for subscriptions and credits purchased through the Aivio website (the "Service"). By purchasing any subscription or credit package, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Credits
Credits are a virtual currency used to access AI image generation features on the Service. Credits are sold in packages or included as part of a subscription plan.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused credits expire according to the terms of your subscription plan.
- Credits that have been consumed for image generation are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at JayFang1993@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents renewal at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits, including any included credits, until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following situations:
- You were charged in error due to a technical issue on our end.
- You were charged for a subscription renewal that you had attempted to cancel prior to the renewal date, and the cancellation was not processed due to a system error.
- The Service was completely unavailable for an extended period and you did not receive the benefit of your purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question to be considered.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after using any portion of the purchased credits or subscription benefits.
- You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- You purchased credits or a subscription plan but did not use them.
- The refund request is submitted after the 14-day eligibility window.
6. How To Request A Refund

- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while we investigate the dispute.
8. Statutory Rights
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
