1. Introduction
Aivio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Aivio website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
2. Information Collection And Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
4. Use of Data
Aivio uses the collected data for various purposes:

5. Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
6. Disclosure Of Data
We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

7. Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Content Moderation & AI-Generated Content
To keep our Service safe and compliant with applicable laws, we apply both automated and human review to content created through our AI tools.
What we screen
- Input prompts are scanned by automated safety filters before generation. Prompts that target prohibited categories (NSFW or sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual deepfakes, graphic violence, hate speech, illegal activity, etc.) are blocked and the generation request is refused.
- Uploaded images used for image-to-image generation are scanned by automated classifiers. Uploads that match prohibited categories are rejected and not stored.
- Generated outputs are scanned by automated safety classifiers before being delivered or stored. Outputs that violate our Acceptable Use Policy are removed and not shown to the user.
How we use moderation data
- We retain a limited record of blocked prompts, blocked uploads, and moderation decisions to detect repeat abuse, improve our filters, and respond to law-enforcement requests.
- Confirmed violations of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and — in the case of illegal content such as CSAM — mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law-enforcement authorities.
- We do not use your generated images to train third-party AI models without your consent.
Reporting violations
If you encounter content that violates our policies, please report it to JayFang1993@gmail.com. We investigate every report and act on confirmed violations within 24 hours.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing of your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email below.
